Vignola Mare Vacations from $735

Lovely helpful staff, clean and tidy throughout, a good selection at the buffet breakfast and a nice pool area with fab views. We were 4 adults sharing 1 room and it was plenty big enough, including the bathroom. We had a sea view from our balcony which was great for sunrises and sunsets. It was particularly hot for time of year so aircon struggled a bit with the 4 of us in one room, but it was still bearable and the shutters on the balcony door really helped to keep the heat out during the day. The rest of the hotel was lovely and cool though, with spacious communal areas. The only negatives were the bed was not the most comfy, but this is a niggle as it was still possible to sleep ok, and the pool bar doesn't do proper snacks, just drinks, ice creams and crisps. But we did get some free crisps with our reasonably priced drinks and there's a lovely little supermarket with really helpful owners less than 10 minutes walk away. Access to the little beach directly across the road is closed for safety reasons but there is access to the sea a few tens of metres further down the road and also on the way into town. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and would hesitate to stay again!

Nice hotel, good sized rooms. Unfortunately some of its facilities were not operational such as the beach club, second (beachfront) restaurant). Air conditioning in the room did not work. Staff seemed functional but not particularly welcoming. Perhaps they felt it was the end of the season. Maybe they should fully function and then close rather than stay half open.

This resort is beautiful. The grounds are magnificent and the beach is paradise. Clear water and white sand. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room we had was a superior room which is standard. It was a little small but we didn’t care. The concierge was very helpful in securing a car for us at hotel. U do need a car anywhere u stay in Sardinia. It is a few minute walk to beach but didn’t mind as we got in our steps in and once u see the beach it doesn’t matter. We visited other 5 star resorts in the area but honestly they were more expensive and the beaches weren’t nearly as nice. It is a very family friendly resort which for us wasn’t the best but it seems Sardinia is very family friendly. My husband was hesitant to book here because he read some negative reviews and I’m so glad I didn’t listen. We loved it and would come back again and again

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the location and facilities. The rooms and common areas were clean and well-maintained, and the prices were reasonable. One minor inconvenience was that the hotel does not allow outside food or beverages within its facilities. While this policy could be frustrating for some guests, the hotel's own food and drinks are excellent, and the bar service is available 24/7 for added convenience. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in a beautiful location. Just be aware of the policy on outside food and plan accordingly.
